Farmer Killed While harvesting In Ogun

A 35-year-old farmer, Gbenga Kiki was strangled to death while harvesting on a farm in Orisada-Eyo, Yewa, Ogun State.

According to Punch and Daily Post, he went to the farm with his nine year old daughter to harvest Tomatoes. The daughter was able to escape from the attack. She was found wandering at a junction and was taken home.

Gbenga's corpse was later found by the area vigilance group.

Man, 37, Arrested For Having Sex With A Mentally-Challenged Girl In Lagos

A 37-year-old man, Adesola Moses who lives at Osenatuilo street, by AIT Road, Alagbado, Lagos has been arrested by Policemen for allegedly raping a 19-year-old mentally-challenged girl (Identity withheld).
According to Vanguard, the victim's mother, Muiynat Mustapha, left the girl alone in the shop to attend a party. The suspect was said to have sneaked in and asked the girl to remove her clothes. He then had sex with her.
