Chicken Republic Shades Jose Mourinho. Should He Sue Them?

The fast food giant posted the above picture on their Facebook page. They put the caption: "Don't worry about your job Jose, we will hire you.". A lot of people think it is not appropriate for a brand like Chicken Republic to shade Jose. They think he should sue them.
