The governor of Lagos, Akinwumi Ambode, reacted to a tweet from one Victor Terhemba. Mr. Terhemba tweeted a pix of a blocked gutter in Iyana Ipaja. He added: " When flooding happens they blame government. Did the government do this at Iyana Ipaja?"
