Grealish appeared to lay passed out on the street while on holiday surrounded by cigarette packets.
And Aston Villa have since announced they will meet with the youngster to discuss the matter.
"The club is aware of the photographs of Jack Grealish currently circulating," the club statement read.
"We will be meeting with the player but any action will remain an internal matter.
"There will be no further comment from the club."
Grealish has had a stunning breakthrough season with Villa, playing an imperative role in reaching the FA Cup final.
However, it is not the first time the youngster has had an indiscretion this term.
The 19-year-old was accused of inhaling laughing gas in April.
The pictures emerged just days after Liverpool ace Raheem Sterling and West Brom striker Saido Berahino were spotting doing the same thing.
