Awosiga was killed during a birthday party held at Royal Hotel, Isheri around Ojodu Berger axis of Lagos state. That was Saturday June 13th. The cultist, who has been at large since the incident has
recently made phone calls to residents of the area. He threatens to kill them for speaking to the press about him. A resident who spoke to news men on condition of anonymity quoted him as saying “We are not a cult group that fights and cannot come back. We are coming back to kill more people. You have the guts to go and put me on the newspaper.”
The Awosiga family is currently in deep pain over their loss while police officers are working hard to find him. Two of his gang members have since been arrested.
