A group of former militants under the aegis of Niger Delta Watchdogs, NDND, have praised the dissolution of the last board of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, by President Buhari.
According to Daily Post, the group claim the last board spent more than N2Bn in support of PDP in
the last presidential elections. In a statement signed by ‘General’ John Duku on behalf of others, NDND insisted that President Buhari's action was a welcome development to the people of the Niger Delta.
The 'General' also urged EFCC to investigate members of the last board. In conclusion, he beg President Buhari to appoint the 'God-fearing' man as the new MD of the commision.
