Could Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Be Fake?

Since news of Kim Kardashian's pregnancy broke out, some of her haters having been suggesting it's fake. They claim they is a surrogate mother somewhere.

Her leg on the stomach is the source of concern. Some women and experts in pregnancy are of the opinion that Nori's leg could not make the stomach collapse like a pillow. Anyway, all fingers crossed.
