Fake Doctor Defrauds Students In Ghana

A 45-year-old man has been arrested in Ghana for allegedly swindling students in Ghana. The self-styled 'doctor' was accused of falsifying results of West African Senior School Certificate Examination results to get the students into higher institutions of learning.

'Dr.' Sam Caesar Twuson, through his firm- Ash to Gold Company Limited, promises the students admission and charges them between GH 1,500 cedis and GH 7,000 cedis.

He has secured 'fake' admission for some students, who later discovered during their university stay that they were not given authentic admissions.
