 A case of bestiality has been opened after a man was caught having sex with a goat in Sharpeville, South Africa, Gauteng police said.“The man undressed himself and then caught the goat, strangled it and started to have sex with it.“The goat started to scream and then a shepherd shouted for assistance.”Members of the community came to the shepherd’s aid and assaulted the man.

62-Year-Old Blind Man Arrested For Defrauding Accommodation Seeker Of N550,000.

A 62-year-old blind man, identified as Sule Akinyemi and a woman, Olajumoke Awosika, were yesterday arraigned before a Surulere Magistrate Court in Lagos Court for allegedly defrauding an accommodation seeker of N550, 000.

The accused, Akinyemi, 62, and 51-year-old Awosika, were arraigned on a four-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, use of residence for obtaining by false pretense and obtaining money under false pretenses.

Fire Kills Two-Year-Old In Bayelsa

A two-year-old girl was on Saturday burnt to death, while scores of residents were rendered homeless as fire razed Ovom community in Bayelsa State.

Ovom, a community in Yenagoa Local Government Area, is where the Creek Haven, Bayelsa State Government House, is situated.

It was learnt that the fire, which started about 8pm on Saturday destroyed over 15 houses in the area.

First Class Graduates To Serve In Universities – NYSC DG

A 23-year-old woman, who was arrested by men of the Rivers State Police Command, has confessed how he stole a five-year-old boy from his parents.

The suspect, Chisa Ejionwu, said she decided to steal the boy after she was told that her chances of having a baby were slim.

Ejionwu, on Tuesday said that she stole the boy, Michael, at Ogbogoro in the Obio/Akpo Local Government Area.
